TCMPL is registered under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, as a Non-Banking Financial Company vide Certificate No. 13-12,0043 dated 11.09.2007.
The Company is presently engaged in investment activities, providing inter-corporate deposits, short-term loans and advances to its group companies. The Company does not accept public deposits.
